Are you an ambitious student outside Stamford who strives for excellence?

The 福利一区福利二区 External Scholarship Program welcomes talented high school students (Grade 9-11) to join our world-class IB pathway and vibrant, global community. Outstanding applicants may even be awarded up to 75% tuition scholarship for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)!

General Scholarship

For students with outstanding academic results and leadership.

Specialist Scholarship

For students with deep talent in one or more categories:
Sports, STEMinn (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths & Innovation), or The Arts

Who Can Apply?

To apply for the scholarship, students must meet at least two of the three criteria below:

1. Academic Achievement

Student must have achieved a minimum GPA of 5.00 or above (or equivalent).

2. Leadership and Service

Roles at school or external organisations, or strong community service.

3. Specialist Achievements

Excellence in The Arts, Sports, or STEM/Innovation at school.

How to Apply?

To apply for the scholarship, students must meet at least two of the three criteria below:

  1. Complete the online scholarship application form (General or Specialist)
  2. Write a personal statement on your achievements, values, and what you鈥檒l bring to Stamford
  3. (Optional) Prepare a digital portfolio if applying for a Specialist Scholarship
  4. Submit your Stamford school application (with supporting documents)
  5. Provide one letter of recommendation from your current teacher
  6. Upload school reports from the last two academic years

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews (January 2026)
  • Holistic review: academic record, personal qualities, talents, community contribution, interview
  • Financial need, gender, and passport diversity considered to broaden access (optional statement may be submitted by parents)
  • Awards may be renewed annually based on performance and contribution

Key Dates

  • Applications open: Now until November 30, 2025
  • Interviews: January 2026
  • Results announced: February 2026
  • Award applies to: Next academic year at 福利一区福利二区
